Cast tungsten carbide powder is made of melting and crushing W and WC. It is irregular dark gray particles with high melting point (2525℃), high hardness(HV0.1≥2000), and high wear resistance.
This product is used to prepare diamond oil drill bit matrix materials, plasma (PTA) surfacing materials, spray welding materials and cemented carbide wear-resistant electrode (wire).
It is applicable in pre-reinforcement of wear-resistant surface or repairing worn surface in mining, oil, metallurgical and steel industries as well as for construction and agricultural machinery.
